Use the GIMP plugin BIMP to change brightness, contrast, etc. of multiple images at once

Using the free image editing software GIMP and its plugin BIMP, you can change the brightness, saturation, contrast, etc. of multiple images at once. You can also scale, crop, rotate, blur, sharpen, rename files, and change the file format all at once.
In addition, this site also introduces how to batch convert images using the tool XnConvert . Please take a look at this as well.

Installing GIMP and BIMP

Installing GIMP
PC Open the GIMP official site and click [DOWNLOAD] from the menu to go to the download screen.
Three buttons will then be displayed: "Download using BitTorrent," "Download directly from the official site," and "Download from Microsoft Store." Download using your preferred method.
You will be able to download a file called "gimp-2.10.38-setup.exe." Double-click this to install GIMP.
Installing BIMP
PC BIMP is a GIMP plug-in that allows you to adjust the image quality of multiple images at once. Open the BIMP official site on github and click the [Latest] button in the bottom right of the screen.
PC You will then see the screen on the right. Click on "gimp-plugin-bimp_win32.exe" in the "Assets" column to download it. Double-click this to install BIMP.

How to use the BIMP plugin

As an example, we will change the brightness and contrast of multiple images at once.
Launching the BIMP Plugin
PC Start GIMP. Then select [File]-[Batch Image Manipulation] from the menu.
Specifying the input folder
PC This will open a dialog window like this. First, select an input folder. Click the [Add Images] button at the bottom left of the screen, then click [Add Folder]. You will then be taken to the folder selection screen.
Then click the “+Add” button at the bottom right of the folder selection screen.
Specifying the output folder
PC Click on the text box below that says "Save Folder:". You will then be taken to the folder selection screen. Choose the output folder where you want to save the modified image.
Then click the “Ok” button at the bottom right of the folder selection screen.
Specify the processing content
PC Clicking the [Add] button at the top left of the screen allows you to specify the processing to be performed on the image file. To manipulate hue, saturation, and lightness, select [Use GIMP Filter].
PC You will then see the screen on the right. When you select a filter on the left side of the screen, the settings screen will appear on the right. If you enter "contrast" in the search box on the left side of the screen, the names of two filters that handle contrast will be displayed. Select [gimp-drawable-brightness-contrast].
Then, on the right side of the screen, set the brightness and contrast adjustment values.
If you want to adjust the saturation, add [gimp-drawable-hue-saturation]. However, before selecting this, you need to click [gimp-hue-saturation] just below it (this seems like a bug).
Then click the "Ok" button at the bottom right of the screen.
Start of process
PC Finally, click the [Apply] button at the bottom right of the screen to start the conversion. The images will be saved in the output folder you specified.
